Shipping policy

Shipment of Products: Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 2-3 days from receipt of order and payment. Since chocolates are heat- sensitive, we need to put them in thermocol boxes with ice gel packs and ship through overnight express service. This means we need to charge extra for shipping.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders ₹800+.
  • Shipping Charges: Orders below ₹800 will be charged a flat ₹50 shipping fee.
  • Dispatch Schedule:
    • Orders placed before 10 AM are processed the same day.
    • Orders placed after 10 AM are processed the next business day due to courier timelines.
    • No dispatches on Fridays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery Hours: Orders will be delivered between 10:30 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Sunday.
  • COD is not available.

 

Delivery Conditions & Failure

  • Orders will be delivered only in cities where the product is marked as “available.”
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If someone else signs for your package, we are not responsible.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for delivery failure.

Delivery failure occurs when:

  • Incorrect address is provided.
  • The recipient is unavailable.
  • Premises are locked.
  • If the first delivery attempt fails, we will attempt a second delivery with an additional charge. If the customer refuses to pay the second-time delivery charge, the order will be canceled and refunded.
  • In case of natural calamities, national strikes, or unforeseen delays, we reserve the right to reschedule deliveries.

Return Policy

Once products are delivered and accepted as per the original order, returns are not allowed, except in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or expired products.
  2. Incorrect items received.

How to Return a Product

  • At the time of delivery: Return the item to the delivery person and note the issue on the delivery challan.
