- Damaged Products: If your product was damaged during transit.
- Expired or Quality Issues: If the product you received is expired or has a quality concern.
- Incorrect Order: If you received a product that is different from what you originally ordered.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- At the time of delivery: Immediately return the product to the delivery person and mention the issue on the delivery challan.

- Provide the order number, date of delivery, and issue details along with photos if possible.
Product Offer & Discount Policy
- If a discounted product is damaged, expired, or has quality issues, we will replace it instead of offering a refund.
- Current discount offers:
- 10% OFF on orders ₹1,350+
- 15% OFF on orders ₹3,200+
- Free shipping on orders below ₹ 800
Refund Processing
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.You will be notified once the return is processed.
